I’m Ezekiel Davis, an Information Technology student, private pilot, and operations professional in the Toledo area. I enjoy solving practical problems, helping people work through technology issues, and learning how systems fit together.
My background combines technical coursework with customer-facing operations and leadership. I’m completing an Associate of Science in Information Technology while working in aviation operations, where accuracy, communication, prioritization, and calm problem-solving matter every day.
I like understanding why systems work, diagnosing what is going wrong, and learning the tools needed to solve the problem correctly.
My strongest professional experience has been helping customers, students, pilots, instructors, and team members navigate questions and changing situations.
I’m comfortable managing multiple priorities, documenting information carefully, communicating updates, and escalating when a problem needs more expertise.
I’m completing my A.S. in Information Technology at Point University with a 4.0 GPA. My coursework has included CompTIA A+ preparation and hands-on exposure to computer hardware, Windows, networking, troubleshooting, programming, and databases.
My work experience has developed the service, communication, prioritization, and troubleshooting habits that translate directly into technical support.
